Observe pain, timing, bleeding and related symptoms without normalising suffering.
What does regulating the cycle actually mean?
Track the cycle for concrete information. Disabling pain deserves medical assessment.
Describe the cycle
Length, regularity, bleeding, pain, digestion, fatigue and recent changes are more useful than a vague hormonal imbalance label. Tracking several cycles can reveal patterns.
Do not normalise severe pain
Pain that prevents work, very heavy bleeding, anaemia, pain during sex or sudden change deserves medical assessment. Endometriosis, fibroids or thyroid disorders cannot be diagnosed through energetic interpretation alone.
Complementary strategy
Acupuncture may be discussed for comfort, sleep or tension, with measurable goals and coordination with gynaecological care.
